A new year in the Gregorian calendar has arrived... time flies and its been almost 4 months since my last post in September. We've had a busy end of last year. We attended our first Baha'i Summer School in Hamilton. The drive was quite a nightmare with a baby and toddler having different needs and taking turns to cry though it wasn't a long drive. Meant to be 1.5 hours but we took almost 3 hours with all the stops lol... And half the time we were there, we did not get to attend all the talks. we were either running after ziad or feeding and changing jenna, putting them to sleep etc. But I sure enjoyed the talks that I managed to listen by Tom Price who was the guest speaker for the 2 summer schools in NZ. Reminded me about the importance of teaching and our dedication to our service to humanity.
We definitely learnt from that trip to prepare us for a family vacation 2weeks ago up north of Auckland. It was the first time we drove that far north and saw the tip of the North Island. There were many beautiful moments but we couldn't always quite capture them on camera. And unfortunately, we also had our camera hit by a wave at one of the beaches so we might have lost all the photos on the card. If all goes well, I might be able to post some pictures in my next post from the camera. Keeping fingers crossed!
